15 jan In-situ tests for the largest PV Farm in Europe Non classé 0 Comments By gensun-admin CERTISOLIS, French testing and certification laboratory for the performance of PV modules, has awarded GenSun the in situ testing program of the modules that will be deployed within the framework of the 300MWp CESTAS project (largest PV Farm ever built in Europe), whose construction has been awarded by the independent green power producer Neoen to a consortium set-up between Eiffage, Schneider Electric and Krinner. The CESTAS PV Farm will use one million crystalline modules, of which some 5’000 will be tested before installation at the site by GenSun using the MBJ mobile tester which we have acquired a few months ago, this machine being used for performing Flash Tests and generating IV curves, but also for carrying out EL and IR testing, all the results being compiled into digital reports and stored in a data base. The mission is due to start on January 22 and should last approximately 6 months. gensun-admin Comments are closed. Leave A Reply!
