31 août Commissioning of the Grables Solar Farm Non classé 0 Comments By gensun-admin The Grabels Solar Farm located North of Montpellier on a disused ULM runway, for which GenSun had signed a full EPC contract with its developer Centrales Solaires Alpha (a subsidiary of French IPP Neoen) on January 15 of this year, has delivered its first kWh to the Grid. This Solar Farm, which its developer had won within the framework of the first round of Governmental Tenders (« CRE1″) features two Sections: one 2’849kWp PV Section on horizontal single axis trackers (315Wp utility-scale modules by Sillia on Exotrack® HZ trackers by Exosun), and one 1’494kWp CPV Section (2’940Wp Soitec concentration modules on dual axis Soitec trackers fabricated by Arcelor-Mittal). GenSun is proud to have built this Hi-Tech Solar Farm 100% based on French technology within the assigned time frame. This new accomplishment further strengthens GenSun’s competence in the field of design and construction of photovoltaic solar land farms of any type and size. GenSun will provide O&M services to the Grabels Solar Farm for an initial period of ten years. gensun-admin Comments are closed. Leave A Reply!
